Well, The Edinburgh Fringe is over. It was an amazing month, an I've never experienced anything quite like it. Performing everyday was brilliant, and it's reassured me that performing is what I want to do with the rest of my life. Coming home has been great, I'm tired and sore and in need of a good break, not to mention starting to miss everyone back home. But it's the strangest feeling, at the Fringe we were so busy, performing, leafleting, tweaking the show and rehearsing. Along side this we would be seeing other shows, networking and socialising with people.
So coming back home to a normal lifestyle (the real world) is a somewhat strange feeling. I'll settle back into it in no time I'm sure, but still.... what a month it was!
We had some great shows at our venue, and some really talented performers. The two that particularly stood out were 'Desperately Seeking The Exit' by Peter Michael Marino. It was a one man show that was half stand up comedy and half storytelling I suppose. It was a great show, with a strong story. When you weren't laughing you would be listening intently.
The other show that stood out was Angels in Heels. A new play written by Hayley Cusick. The play was great, and personally really appealed to my sense of humour. It had a strong cast that were both good performers and also really nice people to get to know. It got cracking reviews as well! We also appreciate them putting up with us, because as much as we tried to clean up... more often than not there would be remnants of lettuce, apples and sherbert dipdab left on the stage.
Over all had I had a great time, and am already thinking about next year.
Looking closer to home, I'm excited about the new term ahead. There is a lot of Half Pint work to be done and new sketches to write! It's the final year of Uni now, so it really is the final stretch. God I hope it's a laugh!

Here at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
I'm currently up at The Edinburgh Fringe Fest, I'm performing at The Edinburgh City FC with The Three Half Pints comedy trio. The run so far has been successful, our most recent show was our best yet, with a full audience and great feedback.
The show has been reviewed by The Three Weeks Edinburgh, we got a five star review and an amazing write up. So far, so good!
"The Three Half Pints dazzle with well-executed Monty Python-esque slapstick humour...This show is sure to captivate you - it is refreshing to see such brilliant and young talent in the Festival."
Three Weeks.
The festival is brilliant, there's loads going on and Edinburgh has a great atmosphere.
