The Office (US)

Just got to say I am loving the American version of The Office... It's hilarious.
At the moment I'm largely looking at Comedy at University. The use of physical/slapstick humour, verbal puns and visual gags. I am particularly interested in The Art of Idiocy, why do we laugh at clowns? What defines a clown? Why do we love Stan Laurel so much for being such a fool? Is it because Oliver Hardy is beside him giving frustrated looks towards the camera, expressing what the audience are thinking? Is a funny man defined by the existence of a straight man?

This and other areas I find absolutely fascinating not to mention great fun.

I also like to laugh alot, and usually find the funny side of most situations. I thought the best thing about funny stuff is to tell other people. So.... Hey Presto! A blog.
